About Us

Located in the heart of downtown Bloomington, Reality on Monroe is a wedding venue like no other in Central Illinois. Apart from being the site of the historic fire of 1900 that took down half of downtown Bloomington, this completely renovated space bring together past, present and future.   From the wood plank floors to the exposed brick walls, the space truly marries rustic charm with urban elegance that  any bride would want from her wedding venue.  The atmosphere can adapt to any ambiance for any occasion from birthday parties to weddings with seating for up to 120 guests. Locally owned and locally operated, we are proud to provide an alternative to the normal event space for the Bloomington-Normal community.
